Welcome to F-MAX Car Detailing. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Property Removal: Customers should remove personal belongings, money, and valuable items from the vehicle before detailing.
  • Inspection: Customers should inspect the vehicle for pre-existing damage and inform the detailer.
  • Payment: Customers should understand payment terms, including payment methods and deposit requirements.

Liability

  • Property Loss/Damage: F-MAX is not responsible for property loss or damage, including to the vehicle, belongings, and the location of service.
  • Battery Issues: F-MAX is not responsible for battery issues or vehicle settings changes.

Scope of Work & Additional Services

  • Package Details: Pricing is listed for each detailing package, including exterior wash, wax, interior cleaning, and other services.
  • Additional Services: Engine detailing, Leather cleaning & conditioning, and Clay bar are add-ons to any package and clearly stated as such.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 Hour Notice: Cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Customers should notify F-MAX of any cancellation.

Acceptable Behavior & Refusal of Service

  • Respectful Conduct: Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal or termination.
  • Refusal of Service: F-MAX reserves the right to refuse or deny a customer's demands in certain situations.

Service Guarantees

  • Quality of Work: F-MAX outlines any guarantees related to the quality of the detailing service.
  • Retouch Policy: Customers can request retouches or address any issues with the service.

Pricing and Payment

  • Transparency: F-MAX clearly states the pricing for each service, including taxes and any additional fees.
  • Payment Methods: F-MAX specifies accepted payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, or online payments.

Other Important Clauses

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or family emergency, F-MAX has the right to cancel appointments or time slots and days of any service.
