Acceptable behavior & refusal of service

This page outlines our expectations for client behavior and the circumstances under which we may refuse or terminate service. At F-MAX DETAILING LLC, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for both our clients and our team members. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all clients to adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to comply may result in refusal or termination of service.

Clients are expected to:

Be Respectful: Treat all F-MAX DETAILING LLC staff with courtesy and respect. Abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory language or behavior towards our employees will not be tolerated.

Provide Accurate Information: Supply honest and accurate information regarding the vehicle's condition, history (e.g., prior detailing attempts, specific issues), and any personal items left inside.

Ensure Vehicle Accessibility & Safety:

For mobile services, ensure a safe, legal, and adequately lit area for our team to work (e.g., off-street parking, sufficient space around the vehicle).

Remove all valuable, fragile, or personal items from the vehicle prior to service. While we exercise extreme care, F-MAX DETAILING LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

Inform us in advance of any known mechanical issues, hazardous materials (e.g., sharp objects, biohazards), or infestations within the vehicle that could pose a risk to our technicians.

Secure any pets away from the work area.

Communicate Clearly: Discuss your detailing needs and expectations clearly with our team before service begins. If you have specific concerns or special requests, please voice them upfront.

Adhere to Scheduled Times: Be present or ensure vehicle access at the agreed-upon appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24HR notice.

Fulfill Payment Obligations: Pay for services promptly upon completion, as per the agreed-upon pricing.

F-MAX DETAILING LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client, at any stage of the detailing process, under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

Unacceptable Behavior: Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, threats, discrimination, or aggressive behavior directed towards F-MAX DETAILING LLC staff.

Unsafe Working Conditions: If the work environment is deemed unsafe due to hazardous materials, uncontrolled pets, lack of adequate space/lighting, or any other factor that compromises the safety of our technicians.

Vehicle Condition Beyond Scope: If the vehicle's condition is significantly worse than described, contains excessive biohazards (e.g., mold, rodent infestations, bodily fluids) that require specialized cleaning beyond standard detailing, or poses a health risk to our staff.

Misrepresentation: Intentional misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition or previous detailing history.

Failure to Comply with Policies: Repeated or severe non-compliance with any of the acceptable client behaviors listed above.

Prior Negative History: Previous instances of non-payment, repeated last-minute cancellations, or a history of unreasonable demands.

Illegal Activities: If we suspect or observe any illegal activities associated with the vehicle or on the premises where service is to be performed.

Unattended or Unsecured Vehicles: For mobile services, if the vehicle cannot be left in a reasonably secure location during service.

In the event of service refusal or termination, F-MAX DETAILING LLC will communicate the reason to the client. Depending on the circumstances, a partial charge for time spent or materials used may apply.
